Vivid large blue trumpet shaped flowers with a white throat that profusely bear, and lovely 3-5 inch heart shaped foliage on a vigorous vine makes for a stunning color display. Strong vine that quickly climbs arbors, trellises, and fences. Shorter growing Morning Glory than other varieties. Can even be grown in containers. Attractive to hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. Plants bloom continuously to frost. Prolific bloomer on fast growing beautiful vines. Easy to grow. A lovely addition to any landscape!
Sowing: Soak seeds overnight (no more than 12 hours) in water before planting then direct sow seeds in spring after danger of frost through early summer 1/2-1 inch deep in well drained soil in full sun. Firm soil over seeds. Keep soil evenly moist until germination. Or start indoors 4-5 weeks before last frost. Keep moist and warm. Provide strong light source. Transplant after danger of frost when night temperatures remain 50 degrees F. or above. Take care when transplanting being careful not to disturb roots.
